MercyMe's new music video for its new single, "You Reign," will have its world premiere online on Yahoo! Music (screen capture above) today. Click here to see the video. Gospel Music Channel will broadcast the TV premiere of the video on Saturday.
The new video is also unique in that it showcases a fans-eye view of a live MercyMe performance. In January, INO Records and MercyMe held a contest offering two fans in three different markets (one from a local radio station and one from an online contest via the band's Web site/MySpace page) the chance to film MercyMe's live show and have their footage used in the video. Filmed during MercyMe's headline run on the Winter Jam tour earlier this year, the video features a blend of intimate and unique moments from shows in Cincinnati, St. Louis and Normal, Ill., according to a press release.
